Xero Pricing Update

From 13 September 2023, the price of Xero Business plans in New Zealand is changing:

• Starter plans increasing to $33+GST per month
• Standard plans increasing to $71+GST per month
• Premium plans increasing to $94+GST per month
• Ultimate plans increasing to $105+GST per month

If you pay for your software separately each month, these changes will take effect from the September invoice onwards.We will be in contact with clients who are on a Monthly Instalment Arrangement to advise on the increase of the monthly fee.

Xero Intermediate Training

By popular request, we have scheduled some more Xero training. We will be doing an online Xero intermediate training session.

In the intermediate training we focus on how you can get the best out of the Xero system for your business and let you know any time saving tricks, plus it is your opportunity to ask us any questions on coding and setting up invoices and bills.

The online training is scheduled for Tuesday 25th July at 10am.

Please register your interest to attend below and the online meeting link will be sent to you closer to the time.

Please note, if we don't get enough people register for the training, the training will be cancelled.

BNZ Bankfeeds in Xero

As a result of changes to the BNZ bank systems any existing BNZ bank feeds in Xero will be disconnected on 15 August 2023. New banks feeds will need to be activated in Xero and switched over by the 14 August 2023.

If we own your Xero software, we will have contacted you via email with instructions on how to complete the integration to the new bank feeds to organise the switch and get your bank feeds switched over and reactivated. Please let us know once you have completed the switch as we will not be notified by Xero.

If you own your own Xero software, you will be able to do the migration yourself and will be contacted directly by Xero on instruction on how to complete the switch. If you have not been contacted by Xero please get in contact with us and we will be able to provide instructions on how to complete this migration.
